You are warmly invited to join us for a full-day Inner Frequency Workshop with Divine Harmony Group, created to guide you into deeper alignment with your natural state of balance, clarity, and empowerment.
Throughout this immersive day together, you will be introduced to simple, practical tools that can be woven into daily life to restore harmony and presence. Through guided practices and shared exploration, you will discover ways to:
✨ Ground and centre your energy, even in times of stress
✨ Use mindfulness to return to the present moment
✨ Explore meditation techniques for calm, clarity, and focus
✨ Understand and apply the principles of Law of Attraction and manifestation
✨ Work with divine tools to support your spiritual and personal growth
To embody the creative energy of the day, we will also spend an hour in hands-on arts & crafts, where each participant will design and create their own unique sun catcher — a symbolic reminder of light, frequency, and intention to carry home.
We will close our time together with a deeply restorative sound bath journey, allowing you to fully integrate the day’s practices and leave with a renewed sense of peace, confidence, and connection to your inner frequency.
