Terms and Conditions for Workshops and In-Person Events

Notice of Private Domain
All workshops, events, and sessions hosted by Divine Harmony Group are offered exclusively within the private domain under the jurisdiction of Divine Harmony Group’s Private Members Association (PMA). Participation is by private agreement only, and by registering, you agree to become a temporary private member for the duration of your engagement. No public access or commercial service is offered.

1. General Agreement
By registering for any event or workshop, you confirm your understanding and agreement that:

  • You are entering into a private membership agreement.

  • The experience is shared in the private domain for personal, spiritual, or educational benefit.

  • You accept full personal responsibility for your participation.

2. Booking and Contribution

  • All sessions are by private donation or suggested contribution.

  • Full contribution is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

  • If Divine Harmony must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

4. Arrivals

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the event begins.

  • Late arrivals may not be permitted entry once the session starts, and no refund will be issued for missed attendance.

5. Member Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring you are physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating.

  • Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, limitations, or concerns.

  • Participants are encouraged to bring comfort items (mats, blankets, pillows) where appropriate.

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation if necessary for safety, comfort, or integrity of the session.

6. Media Notice

  • Photos or brief video footage may be captured during events for private use in education or awareness.

    • If you do not consent to be included, please inform us before the event in writing: rikki@divineharmonygroup.com.

7. Health, Wellbeing & Risk

  • All participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

  • Divine Harmony does not diagnose, treat, or offer medical or psychological services.

  • You agree to release Divine Harmony Group, its facilitators, and associates from any liability associated with your participation.

8. Refreshments (if applicable)

  • Light refreshments may be provided. Notify us of any allergies or dietary needs in advance so we can accommodate where possible.

By registering for or attending any Divine Harmony Group event or workshop, you acknowledge and agree to these private terms and conditions as a temporary member of our PMA.
