In my own practice, it is not uncommon for people to describe remote sessions as feeling equally strong—or occasionally even more profound—than sessions received face to face.

How does Advanced Frequency Therapy work remotely?
Remote Advanced Frequency Therapy uses a hair or nail sample to create a personalised frequency programme tailored to you. We'll explain exactly how to provide your sample and guide you through each step of the process.
How do Distance Reiki sessions take place?
A time is arranged for your session, and you're simply asked to relax somewhere comfortable without interruption. Many people choose to lie down, close their eyes and enjoy the experience just as they would during an in-person appointment.
Are online readings carried out live?
Yes. Angel and Tarot Readings are conducted live via video call, allowing you to ask questions and receive guidance in real time.
Can I access Harmonic anywhere?
Yes. Harmonic is available wherever you are, allowing you to enjoy guided frequency meditations from your phone, tablet or computer whenever it suits you.
Are online training courses live or pre-recorded?
Our practitioner training is designed to be delivered live via Zoom, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, interact with your tutor and learn alongside other students. Manuals and course materials are provided to support your learning.
Can I book from outside the UK?
