This 7 Chakra Sound & Frequency Journey is a sound-led experience designed to support balance, alignment, and gentle transformation.
Each session is a full sound bath, created live through a layered soundscape of resonant instruments. Rather than guided meditation, sound and vibration lead the process, allowing the body and energy system to settle, open, and recalibrate naturally.
The journey moves through the seven chakras one by one. You are welcome to attend a single session or the full series, with each experience standing alone while also contributing to deeper alignment over time.
The soundscape is unique and rarely experienced, making this a distinctive sound bath offering within Northern Ireland.
This work is supportive rather than forceful. There is nothing to fix or achieve, simply space to receive and allow the sound to work at a deeper level.
How the Journey Works
Sessions are held fortnightly, each one focusing on a specific chakra. Time between sessions allows space for integration and natural adjustment.
This journey can be experienced in two ways: as a complete seven-session journey, or as individual sessions attended at your own pace.

A complete progression through all seven chakras, offering the most supportive and immersive experience of the journey. One session is included as a gift when committing to the full series.

Attend any individual chakra session as a standalone sound bath. Each session is complete in itself and open to those wishing to explore at their own pace.
Support Between Sessions
Optional sound healing meditations are available through the Harmonic app to gently support the journey between sessions. Access to the app is offered separately at £9 per month and can be cancelled at any time.
A Root Chakra sound meditation will be shared with participants as part of the journey.
These gatherings are held privately within Divine Harmony Group’s members community. Participation is always by choice. Membership for the purpose of this journey is included with no extra obligation or fee.
