Then, by what I can only describe as luck or synchronicity, I was introduced to meditation and energy-based healing techniques. I didn’t have high expectations but something shifted. Within one week of starting these practices, the depression left me. And it never came back. That immediate change made me curious: Why had I instinctively sought darkness and silence? Why did isolation feel like a need, not a choice? Over time, I came to understand that what I was doing was my body’s own healing response. Without knowing it, I was being pulled inward, toward rest, toward recalibration, toward reconnection. I didn’t have the language for it then, but now I do. Our bodies know how to heal. We are wired for regeneration. Frequency is the key. That experience is why I trust this work. I’ve lived it. And it’s the reason I do what I do now.</image:caption>
